· Visual Treatment Objective (VTO) – For treatment projection and planning
· Arc of Closure Bite Scan Recording – Using blue wax or Modjaw recording
· CBCT – Indicated for real root segmentation and a reliable treatment approach.
Important notes
· All records must be clear, accurate, and in digital format.
· Ensure bite registrations are precise to allow reliable occlusal simulation.
· Upload files via the NEXO submission portal.
